Rash plays somber indie rock that is stylistically aligned with 90’s US lo-fi & sadcore as well as crystalline 80’s jangle pop.
Their album debut Tare 955 consists of nine intimate yet expressive songs that bring to mind artists such as Elliott Smith, The Go-Betweens, Game Theory & Low. Despite their subdued and soft-spoken nature, the songs are permeated by a distinct pop sensibility.
